Senior Manager, Online Marketing Strategy

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategist to join our growing business. This is a senior-level, account strategy position, focused on our top-tier accounts. You will be responsible for account managing some of our largest accounts along with generating revenue and evangelizing for SyncShow. The role reports to our Vice President of Strategic Operations.

What you can expect in a Senior Manager role at SyncShow

  • You’ll manage a book of business, primarily advising them on their ROI-driven marketing strategy.
  • You’ll be supported by a team of project managers and marketing specialists who will coordinate the execution of your strategies.
  • You’ll serve as a performance manager to more junior-level account strategists and account managers.
  • You’ll serve as the main point of contact for your clients, working to deepen your relationships so they see you as a trusted advisor.
  • You’ll leverage your problem-solving skills to help our internal teams tackle complicated projects.
  • You’ll manage the risk and financial performance of your accounts including pricing, budget planning, and quality.
  • You’ll drive new business revenue at each of your accounts as well as through your networking and evangelism efforts, such as participating in industry-specific events and organizations.
  • You’ll be a company thought leader as it relates to ROI-driven marketing strategies, sales enablement, and the industries in which we serve.
  • You’ll travel to your client locations to meet with key decision-makers and/or C-level executives so they understand the value we bring to their sales and marketing infrastructure.
  • As a key member of our account strategy team, you’ll help us execute our corporate vision and mission.
    You’ll act as a coach and mentor and serve as an example to others within the organization.

You should want to learn and continually improve your expertise. To be considered, you’ll need the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in ROI-driven marketing, at an agency or multi-divisional company.
  • Expert knowledge of online and digital marketing strategies that get results.
  • Proven experience performance managing a staff of employees and positively influencing their success on our team.
  • HubSpot marketing and sales experience and certifications.
  • Deep knowledge of the industrial manufacturing and/or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing strategies for business growth.
  • Business acumen and a high level of professionalism in how you act and present yourself.
  • A commitment to work onsite, in the office at least 3 days per week helping to drive a culture of collaboration and out-of-the-box thinking.

  • 90% client retention (revenue)
  • 10% retainer upsell YoY
  • 15% of retainer spend as project upsell
  • 100% Clients within budget (no more than 5% over/under)
  • 100% of clients are meeting ROI goals
  • 9+ NPS, at least 1 submission each quarter for each client
  • Management of 7-11 clients at an average of $10k MRR
  • 70% Utilization

  • We’ll pay you a competitive base salary plus a commission on sales.
  • We’ll pay you 1% of retained managed revenue.
