Senior Associate, Website Development Strategy & Implementation

We seek a dependable and highly motivated website development & HubSpot implementation specialist responsible for executing and supporting the technical aspects of our clients’ website projects.
This is a senior associate–level position reporting to our Director of Website Strategy & Development. The Senior Associate, Website Development Strategy & Implementation’s day-to-day involves implementing technical fixes, troubleshooting errors, and effectively conveying technical requirements to vendor partners. Projects range from basic website page implementation and targeted web page optimizations to assisting in full-site rebuilds. This person must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
What you can expect of the Senior Associate, Website Development Strategy & Implementation role at SyncShow
You’ll support the Director of Website Strategy & Development by assisting in the delivery and execution of outlined website strategies from implementation through go-live.
You’ll own the content loading for website-build projects, ensuring that post-development website pages are content-loaded accurately and to SyncShow quality standards.
You’ll conduct thorough quality reviews of website pages, identifying and resolving errors before project completion.
You’ll draft detailed descriptions of development work for vendor partners, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals; act as a primary point of contact for vendors on assigned tasks; conduct a review of development deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
You’ll use your HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge to develop and troubleshoot website features.
You’ll assist in monitoring and maintaining client websites, proactively providing performance improvement opportunities.
You’ll help provide data-driven website recommendations for improving site performance and user experience.

- 3-5 years of experience in website development, website project coordination, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of website best practices, including UX and site speed.
- Proven experience working with CMS platforms such as HubSpot and WordPress, with a solid grasp of marketing automation tools.
- Experience troubleshooting technical challenges, presenting solutions, and adapting to ensure positive outcomes.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with PHP and HubL is a plus.
- Passion for delivering high-quality websites and innovative solutions while maintaining exceptional client service.
- A strong focus on organization and attention to detail, with a track record of meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter, effectively managing projects, collaborating in team environments, and driving tasks to completion in a shared services model.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high-quality standard.

Accountabilities / Expectations
- Shared accountability for client satisfaction and delivery of quality websites and development projects.
- Collaborate with your website team to help address issues and come up with solutions.
- Deliver accurate, well-documented scopes of work to vendors that align with client expectations and outline strategies provided by the Website Strategist.
- Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality standards and are on time and on budget.
- Implement error-free website content and projects.
- Provide coding assistance and general website technical assistance to the team.
- 85% utilization (when at full capacity).
