When you hear the terms early bird and night owl, you immediately know which one you are. You probably know when you prefer to do daily activities – exercising, working, relaxing and sleeping. Our body’s circadian rhythm (often referred to as our “body clock”) is a 24-hour cycle that tells our bodies when to sleep and regulates other physiological processes.
