Chris Peer, President & CEO

Chris Peer is the founder and CEO of SyncShow. He's also an online marketing expert with a passion for integrating marketing and sales strategies. Chris has over 30 years of experience in B2B online marketing strategies, sales processes, and customer communications. Prior to founding SyncShow, he worked for Ernst & Young and American Greetings.
As a two-time Inc. 5000 winner, SyncShow is the only agency uniquely positioned to drive sales for B2B industrial companies in transportation and logistics, warehousing and distribution, manufacturing, and professional services.
In 2023, Chris published his book, The Great 8 Pillars: ROI-Driven Marketing for Manufacturing Companies. Having personally experienced and learned from the setbacks and challenges that can accompany inefficient marketing approaches, Chris conceived The Great 8 Pillars framework. This methodology is designed to revolutionize your marketing department, shifting it from being a financial burden to a source of profit. Through the application of world-class marketing best practices, he’s played a pivotal role in the success and expansion of countless companies.
Joe Brady, SVP of Sales & Marketing and Chief Revenue Officer

Joe Brady is a seasoned sales and marketing leader with a proven track record of driving exceptional results through high-performing business development teams. With extensive experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, he specializes in developing strategic solutions that address client challenges while maximizing return on investment.
Beyond his professional expertise, Joe is a dedicated leader in the business and nonprofit communities. He is the founder of a nonprofit organization, a former Vistage member, and a former member of the University of Dayton Business School advisory board. Currently, he serves on the board of the Gerald Murphy Cancer Foundation and contributes to the strategic direction of SyncShow as a senior executive and advisory board member.
In addition to his professional and philanthropic commitments, Joe also plays guitar and holds a Black Belt in TaeKwonDo.
Jane Peer, Director of Finance and Administration

In Jane’s role as Director of Finance & Administration, she is responsible for overseeing the CFO function and executing plans that help ensure SyncShow remains a great place to work.
Jane has over 30 years of professional experience working primarily in the accounting and consulting industries as a market development and communications professional. Having spent several years managing and mentoring people, participating in corporate culture change management initiatives, and working on financial-related sales opportunities, Jane developed a passion for the financial side of the business as well as helping design and build high-performance cultures.
Prior to joining SyncShow, Jane spent 15 years working at KPMG as an associate director in their market development organization, advising senior leadership on marketing and branding strategy and tactics. Jane started her career working at Ernst & Young as an associate in their sales and marketing organization and held various roles until she joined KPMG in 2003.
Cali Thomson, Vice President of Strategic Operations

Cali Thomson is our Vice President of Strategic Operations. With a track record of driving transformative growth across multiple industries, Cali brings extensive experience in strategic marketing, sales optimization, and operational excellence.
Throughout her career, Cali has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead high-performing teams and drive significant business growth. Her expertise spans multiple domains, including B2B marketing, operational efficiency, and strategic leadership. Her innovative approach to marketing and operations has consistently delivered impressive results, including tripling client EBITDA and generating substantial revenue across various sectors.
Cali holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Business Management from Harvard University and combines strategic thinking, operational acumen, and leadership skills with SyncShow.
Ashlee Brolly, Director of Website Strategy & Development

As SyncShow’s Director of Website Strategy & Development, Ashlee leads the agency’s website division, overseeing the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of high-performing websites for B2B companies. With 15 years of experience in website strategy, design, and development — primarily in the manufacturing and industrial sectors — she ensures every website is built with purpose, aligning business goals with user experience and conversion optimization.

She specializes in transforming complex digital challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions, helping businesses elevate their online presence and generate meaningful growth.
Greg Lukach, Senior Manager of Content Strategy & Development

Greg is SyncShow's senior manager of content strategy and development. He has 15+ years of experience in B2B and B2C content strategy and creation, developing ROI-driven marketing campaigns for businesses of all sizes, from small manufacturers to Fortune 500 companies. At SyncShow, Greg provides editorial oversight, content strategy, and creative direction to website projects and marketing campaigns. He's led SyncShow's content development team for nearly nine years, overseeing graphic designers, content strategists, writers, editors, social specialists, videographers, and photographers.
