Chris Peer
President and CEO
Chris Peer is the founder, president, and CEO of SyncShow. He's also an online marketing expert with a passion for integrating marketing and sales strategies.
Chris has over 30 years of experience in B2B online marketing strategies, sales processes, and client communications. He's also a StoryBrand Certified Guide. Prior to SyncShow, he worked for independent design studios and corporations, including Ernst & Young and American Greetings.
Since its founding in 2002, SyncShow has grown under his leadership to become one of the nation’s fastest-growing B2B online marketing agencies. As a two-time Inc. 5000 winner, SyncShow is the only agency uniquely positioned to drive sales for companies in three industries: transportation and logistics, professional services, manufacturing and distribution.
In 2023, Chris published his book, The Great 8 Pillars: ROI-Driven Marketing for Manufacturing Companies. Having personally experienced and learned from the setbacks and challenges that can accompany inefficient marketing approaches, Chris conceived The Great 8 Pillars framework. This methodology is designed to revolutionize your marketing department, shifting it from being a financial burden to a source of profit. Through the application of world-class marketing best practices, he’s played a pivotal role in the success and expansion of countless companies. This framework inspired the founding of his second company, G8P.
John Daters
Vice President of Client Services
John Daters is SyncShow's vice president of client services. With nearly 20 years of experience in online marketing, John has worked in nearly every aspect of digital. He's responsible for ensuring SyncShow's clients receive the best online marketing solutions available today and the latest technologies.
John has won numerous awards for website builds he's managed. Awards include: MarCom (Best-in-Class), Interactive Media (Gold), National Apex (Award of Excellence/Most Improved Website), International Davey (Silver) and W3 (Silver). He also holds multiple certifications from HubSpot, Google and BrightEdge. Always relying on data, John has led many B2B projects, including the design and development of mobile apps, holistic paid digital campaigns and inbound strategies.
Jane Peer
Director of Finance & Administration
Jane has over 25 years of experience working primarily in the accounting and consulting industries as a market development and communications professional. Having spent several years managing and mentoring people, participating in corporate culture change management initiatives, and working on financial related sales opportunities, Jane developed a passion for the financial side of the business as well as helping design and build high-performance cultures. In Jane’s role as Director of Finance & Administration she is responsible for overseeing the CFO function and executing on plans that help ensure SyncShow remains a great place to work.
Prior to joining SyncShow, Jane spent 15 years working at KPMG as an associate director in their market development organization, advising senior leadership on marketing and branding strategy and tactics. Jane started her career working at Ernst & Young as an associate in their sales and marketing organization and held various roles until she joined KPMG in 2003.
Chris Chin
Director Online Strategy
Chris leads all the account strategists and is responsible for strategic direction, account leadership, and consistent delivery of high-quality marketing plans across the team. Chris joined the team in 2020 having led digital marketing teams in leadership positions at software and marketing agencies to consistently align with client goals. As a jack of all trades, he's got experience across marketing including: strategy development, data analysis and tech stack implementation, and execution of marketing strategies. He additionally has strong experience in CRM and CMS platforms helping to better align sales and marketing teams, develop operational excellence via automation and consistent business planning processes, and consults with many of our clients on how to optimize their digital footprints across their various internal and external stakeholders.
